Meet our pastors

Taylor and Nathasha have been serving in full-time ministry for over 10 years. Both of them are graduates of Journey Ministry College with degrees in Biblical Studies. They started their ministry pouring into teenagers as youth pastors for several years before eventually stepping into their latest assignments as executive pastors. The common theme in their marriage and life is saying “yes” to whatever God asked of them. Serving and loving the local church is the calling and assignment of their lives. It’s never been just a job for the Apples; its a responsibility and honor for their family to serve people and point them to Jesus.

Years ago, God gave Taylor a vision for a church built around freedom in Jesus. It was a picture of a church filled with all ages, races and people groups. A place where chains would be broken and new life in Christ would be received. That dream was carried quietly while he and his family continued to serve faithfully.

After years of leading, teaching and serving in various ministry roles across Minnesota and Wisconsin, it was time for another “yes” to what God had next. Through moments in prayer and fasting, talking with mentors and supernatural confirmations it was crystal clear to Taylor and his family: IT’S TIME TO PLANT FREEDOM CHURCH IN 2026.

Taylor and Nathasha love Sheboygan, WI. During the winter time they enjoy slow mornings, drinking coffee and ordering pastries at a cafe. In the summer time, there’s a good chance you’ll see the Apples down by the lake, shopping at the farmer’s market, listening to live music and enjoying ice cream at South Pier Parlor. Sheboygan is their home and the place they’re excited to put down roots.
